Drag to adjust
Prefer the mouse? Drag anything — then click to type the exact number
What this actually means
- Every dimension has a handle. Drag to roughly right, then type the exact value. Fast and precise, not one or the other.
- Dragging snaps to whole millimetres and to existing edges, faces and hole centres — alignment does not depend on your eyesight.
- Works on phones and tablets too: drag to orbit, pinch to zoom, tap to select a face — native gestures throughout.
- It edits the model itself, not a copy — dragging and asking AI change the same thing.
Common questions
- Can dragging hit exact millimetres?
- Dragging snaps (whole mm plus existing geometry); for anything tighter, click and type. Your typed number always wins.
- Can I really edit on a phone?
- Yes for the usual things — resize, move a hole, change an angle. Detailed work still wants a big screen; that is a screen-size limit, not a software one.
- Is this separate from the AI editing?
- Two ways into the same model. Dragging and asking change the same data, and you can alternate freely.
